| Pat Bush Kruse has been active in desert area real estate since 1979.
Pat worked for the developer of The Springs Club in Rancho Mirage and was transferred to The Club at Morningside when it first opened in 1983. She has been the only Realtor on-site at The Club at Morningside Sales Office since 2002. Windermere Real Estate acquired the lease of the real estate office in 2005. At that time Pat joined the Windermere Real Estate team and remains the only on-site Realtor at The Club at Morningside.
Pat is a Morningside homeowner and club member and as such, has a deep interest and commitment to the ongoing success and reputation of the community. She has been serving the Morningside community's real estate needs since 1983. One of the advertising themes that she has earned over the years is "Nobody Knows Morningside Better". |
